All national packages can now be tracked end to end. This calls for celebrating every time we get a step closer to convincing you how special you are to us. For all international packages, customs duty is the buyer’s sole responsibility and will be borne by them exclusively. These charges will be decided by policies set forward by the governing bodies of different countries and are subject to change from one country to another. For any inquiry on taxes and customs billables, kindly contact the concerned authorities. 

Since re-delivery abroad from our bases is difficult, we advise you that there will only be one extra attempt to deliver your purchase. We are ready to reconcile you with your favourite item one more time if you miss it in the case of orders in India. But, in that case, our delivery partner will do the courtesy of holding the package for a maximum of 3 to 4 days, after which it can neither be collected nor delivered.
